* However, in the event of special circumstances in the operation of the center, the operating hours may be adjusted.

Admission fees Free of charge
The center is always open except for the following closed days.
  • Every Monday or the day after a Monday coinciding with a public holiday
  • Public holidays & substitute public holidays specified in the 'Regulations on Public Holidays of Government Offices' excluding a Sunday
  • When a forced closure is determined due to inevitable reasons such as facility inspection or repair work
  • Other days when the mayor’s office deems it necessary to close.
